1. Check your emotions at the door.
2. Never confront the person, always the issue. Avoid using the words I and You in the discussion.
3. Never argue your point for the point's sake, only lawyers do that. Discuss it instead. The objective is communication, not domination.
4. Which means equal parts listening to talking.

Taarun L J Battra : How to qualify to be in the ZONE !
DVE: Taarun, you need to start asking this question to all your uplines reach all the way to the V Partners. The more times you ask this question, you will get closer to the answer. Around the 108th time you ask this question of someone in your upline, you will by then have qualified to receive a proper invitation to The Zone. So, keep asking. It is not a question that deserves a one word answer.
I have a question for you, Taarun. I want to graduate from IIM Ahmadabad. And I also want to graduate from MIT one day. Do you have a one word answer for me on how to?

Jinali Shah : I just joined the business two months back. One main problem I face is that I am afraid of voicing my opinion to my relatives, friends and even sometimes to my parents. Basically to anyone that is close to me. I know that nobody can stop me from expressing myself, but yet I am unable to. This makes it difficult for me when dealing with people especially when inviting them to the business, but with the help and counseling of my uplines, I have improved. I would appreciate it if you could guide me with this.
DVE: Jinaliji, I will tell you exactly the same thing that your uplines will tell you. All these people who are detracting you are referred to in networking terminology as 'fame stealers'. Every successful person in life has faced them. In fact, they continue to encounter them on a daily basis. Detractors basically are people who cannot and will not help you improve yourself, but who are always willing to criticise whatever needs to be done or whatever you need to do.

Nader Al-Aufi: How to break out through our mind limitations and awaken our hidden extraordinary potentials and capabilities?
DVE: Nader, do you know how many times I have been asked this exact same question. It was precisely because of questions like this, I decided to write a book called 'In the Sphere of Silence'. Have you heard of it? In this book, I have shared with the readers, what has worked for me over the years. And many people have found it useful when faced with this exact same question you have posed to me.
