What you get out of the Zone is what you put into it even before you get there. If you have been invited to the Zone, then it is on the basis of your personal code of honour.

The Zone can be a life changing, potentially even a life saving event for those who are committed enough.

For the others, it is another benchmark in their calendar of events. I warmly welcome those in the former group. The others are merely getting in the way.

It is a privilege to be in the Zone. It is not a position or a place to posture oneself.

ARE YOU WITH ME?

This is the third year of the Zone. When I first conceptualised this, I meant for this to be a small, exclusive group of people who interact with me regularly and who consider me their mentor. But as we started to put the program together, more and more people started asking to be a part of it. So, the eligibility criteria had to be changed. You had to be nominated by someone who is in my zone already and fill out an application explaining your reasons for wanting to be a part of the Zone.

The first Zone had less than 100 participants. The second Zone had more than 200! Many of you are coming back for the third time this year, to the Zone in Kota Kinabalu.

I would like to hear from the Zone graduates what they learnt and experienced from the previous Zone programs.

Without failure there is no real victory. Failure is always a prelude to victory.

It is now less than 10 days before you will arrive at the Zone. The mission order sent to you with your invitation clearly indicated a set of rules to be followed, prior to the Zone. One of these is a requirement to visit the Zone website every day and interact with the posts here. This allows me to understand from you, the issues you are facing and helps me design my training accordingly, to address these topics.

Unfortunately, many of you have ignored this rule. Failure to interact on the Zone website, as stated in the mission order can and will lead to your invitation being revoked.

All participants will be divided into groups based on their level of interaction on the Zone website. Those who make their mark, will qualify for special privileges including additional time with me personally.
