What are your reasons?

What you get out of the Zone is what you put into it even before you get there. If you have been invited to the Zone, then it is on the basis of your personal code of honour.

The Zone can be a life changing, potentially even a life saving event for those who are committed enough.

For the others, it is another benchmark in their calendar of events. I warmly welcome those in the former group. The others are merely getting in the way.

It is a privilege to be in the Zone. It is not a position or a place to posture oneself.

Experiences of Zone Graduates

This is the third year of the Zone. When I first conceptualised this, I meant for this to be a small, exclusive group of people who interact with me regularly and who consider me their mentor. But as we started to put the program together, more and more people started asking to be a part of it. So, the eligibility criteria had to be changed. You had to be nominated by someone who is in my zone already and fill out an application explaining your reasons for wanting to be a part of the Zone.

The first Zone had less than 100 participants. The second Zone had more than 200! Many of you are coming back for the third time this year, to the Zone in Kota Kinabalu.

I would like to hear from the Zone graduates what they learnt and experienced from the previous Zone programs.

  • What is Zone?

    Welcome to the Zone!

    The Zone is an intensive training program facilitated by Dato’ Vijay Eswaran. Participation is by invitation only.

    Aspirants to the Zone go through 4 days of intense reflection and self assessment that ultimately leads to finding one’s path in life. The first Zone program was held in Thailand in Feb 2011.
