Dato Vijay Answers...

Chitra Dorairaj:  How does one maintain a Sense of Balance between the Material & the Spiritual? When the string of spirituality is strongly tugging upward...how does one prevent the cord of grounding from snapping?

DVE: Chitra, firstly if you have read my book 'In the Sphere of Silence' and understood it, you would not to ask me this question.  I would strongly recommend that you go back and refer to it and you will find your answer in there.  Nevertheless, I will make an exception and try to provide you with some additional guidance here.

Snippet from The Zone (The Battle Within) – Chief Pathman

Filed Under: Chief Pathman @ The Zone by Vijay Eswaran — Leave a comment
August 1, 2011

Every aspect of your life is summarized into one simple thing. I call it the battle. This is my theory, I could be completely wrong or totally right. You decide.

Every decision, every mistake, everything right you did, at any point in your life it is a battle. And that battle is between you and your ego. That battle happens constantly. And if you can slow down the pace of how fast it happens you can actually see it happen. Now you may find it difficult to believe but I used to be 200 million times more aggressive and arrogant about 10 years ago. I think I have been humbled in certain parts because I managed to slow down this process and look at it.

I Can (Passion) – Dato’ Vijay Eswaran

Filed Under: Dato' Vijay Eswaran @ The Zone by Vijay Eswaran — Leave a comment
August 1, 2011

There are many ways to be passionate.  But to be truly passionate one also has to be detached. Passion must ride you, drive you and it is in fact the primary emotion of ‘I Can’. ‘I Can’ is where it becomes Passion. ‘I AM’ is reflected in perspective. ‘I Want’ is also conceptual, almost dreamlike. ‘I Can’ is where it comes back into practice and it’s the first step forward.

Until that moment, the fear of everything that lies ahead paralyses you. ‘I CAN’ is about passion.

Passion is critical. But how do you raise it? How intense are we about passion? This is what we have to discover.

You are on one hand creating a team and on the other hand you are also driving it. I need you to be that person who can create passion wherever you go, who can raise it from the ground.  There are other people out there doing this thing.

I need you to understand that you are worthy of being here, because you have a position where people look up to you. You have the capacity and the potential.

The Zone - Break Away

Breaking away...

How do you deal with breakaway groups in networking?

When you began life, you came in with an empty cup. Either you are a parent now or you remember what it was like when you were a child. When you started life as a child, you had an empty cup and your parents filled your cup. Till you were about 10-12 your parents are the centre of your universe, they are virtually Godlike in your eyes and all knowing.

“Mom and dad know everything. They are infallible.”

Science of Identity – Joseph ‘Japa’ Bismark

Filed Under: Joseph Japa Bismark @ The Zone by Vijay Eswaran — Leave a comment
August 1, 2011

I was wondering what I can share with you all today. Many of your have been around for so long, what can I teach you that you don’t know already.

I see many of you wearing badges that say - I Am. That I think is a very powerful subject.

There is the story of a man who prepared all his life to climb a mountain. He has the boots, the ropes, the gear…everything he needs to climb a mountain. On his way to the mountain, he comes across a sea and realizes that nothing he has will help him cross the sea. Everything he had prepared for all his life, suddenly became useless. His rope and boots wouldn’t get him across the sea!

I Want – Dato’ Vijay Eswaran

August 1, 2011

You have gone past I am. You are now in ‘I want’. You now need to focus on what you want.

The more academic you are, the more professional you are, the more difficult it is to do this. You should be able to step in and step out of the zone as and when its needed without ever leaving the zone.

Chief Pathman on the Power of Dreams

Filed Under: Chief Pathman @ The Zone by Vijay Eswaran — Leave a comment
August 1, 2011

This is not a university. Don’t take down what Dato’  is teaching you here and recite it to your network. After the Zone, when you back to your family, friends, network, community, we hope they will say – What happened to you? You are so completely different!

I hope you go back as a product of this training. You have realized through the various processes and through Dato Vijay’s wisdom that you haven’t yet realized who you truly are. But you are on the right path and now you need to understand what you want.
